Asian Snow Leopard
Asian snow leopard is very difficult to raise on a farm; only a few farms actually sell such animals.
Owning such an animal is a matter of prestige; prices for them start at $60,000. Only one cub out of 10,000 is born with such coat color in the wild; in captivity, they are selectively bred, which may result in breeding depressions.

Asian Snow Leopard -
farm, farms
These animals originated probably in the 16th century in India as a result of a spontaneous mutation. In the 18th and 19th centuries they were hunted to extinction, but in 1959 a male was found, which became the foundation of this variety in captivity.
